My Dodge Ram 3500 Dually - Page 7 - Mr-Cob's Photos

This will be a gallery of my Dodge Ram 3500 Dually truck. It is a 2003, equipped with the Cummins 5.9 diesel engine and the 48RE automatic transmission. I have already made many modifications to the truck and will add photos to document this ongoing process. Life is good.

Mr-Cob > Here are the control switches in place. By using these three switches in different positions the entire performance range of the box can be controlled from within the truck.

Mr-Cob > Byron, fishes the control wire loom through the firewall.

Mr-Cob > The control wire loom is now run through the firewall and hooked up to the box located in the engine compartment. The other end of the wire loom is connected to the switches located in the dash panel that is now ready to be re-installed.

Mr-Cob > Here is the box with the new end cap and the control wire loom installed.

Mr-Cob > Here it the completed installation. By flipping these switches, I have a choice of , Stock performance, +30 HP, +50 HP, +70 HP or +90 HP. I get the best towing performance in the +50 HP setting, the +90 HP position is a lot of fun but the exhaust gas temperatures get HOT real fast when pulling a heavy load.

Mr-Cob > Side view of Super Cooler, the cooler is very well protected by the screen on the bottom of the mount and by being mounted up above the frame and behind the transfer case.
