Mr-Cob > This is my friend Mike Alongi, displaying the "wall-paper" on the inside of his Track. Mike was killed during the fight at Fire Base Rita, November 1st. 1968.
Mr-Cob > Another view of the blown up ACAV.
Mr-Cob > The front of this ACAV, was hit by an RPG.
Mr-Cob > ACAV's, moving through Michelin Rubber Plantation.
Mr-Cob > This is the remains of an ACAV, that hit a very large mine or most likely a booby trapped unexploded bomb.
Mr-Cob > Here we are moving through the jungle in a column.
Mr-Cob > Here we are "busting jungle", we would put our Tracks on-line in sparsely vegetated jungle and crash though in an effort to force the enemy from his fortifications. In thick heavy jungle such as in this photo, we would put a tank in front then follow behind with the ACAV's in a column.
